HOW TO STOP MUSCLE SPASMS
#1 Stop working out for a while, the muscles need a rest.
#2 Walk, but don’t overdo it.
#3 If it’s been more than a couple of days, a warm epsom salt bath will usually help.
#4 Strong whirlpool jets on affected area
